I didn’t reschedule your showing. I did not receive confirmation for the first one, so I asked you an alternative date and time that would work. Often times, sellers don’t answer right way to confirm same-day appointments. Additionally, they received multiple offers, including a cash offer, that they decided to take. It is at the sellers discretion to take the offer they see as a best fit for their property, as it is their home and their choice. You had stated you were qualified for a mortgage and the offer they chose to accept is cash. Unfortunately, some homes do not meet bank qualifications to receive a mortgage. I informed you of this. They did not want to accept a mortgage based on the condition of that home. Therefore, why would we choose to look at a home with prior knowledge they didn’t want to accept a mortgage and already accepted a cash offer?
